The peculiarities and advantages of the tubes Density Platelet Gel:
The Sodium citrate:
– prevents blood clotting
– is used in vivo
Thixotropic gel:
– qualitative Absorption
– Increased concentration of platelets
– The demarcation between the layers is clearly delineated
– Good (perfect) fastening of red blood cells
– not affect the composition of the plasma PRP
As it is clear the blood in tubes after centrifugation:

SUBSTANCES IN THE TUBES:
– contain an anticoagulant (sodium citrate), which prevents blood clotting and inhibit platelet aggregation;

– contain a biological inert gel (thixotropic gel) that separates platelets from the red and white blood cells and allows to obtain autologous plasma of high therapeutic value;
– are made with a special technology of high quality borosilicate glass and closed with airtight cap that ensures sterility, stability of the contents and vacuum inside the tube;
– are classified as second-class medical devices, therefore the plasma obtained can be injected into the body immediately after the centrifugation;
– have a double sterile packaging.
